Today, medicine and dentistry develop very dynamically, constantly introducing new materials and treatment techniques. Possibilities that science presents to practicing physicians are nearly endless, as is the number of publications and amount of available research. Unfortunately, it is practically impossible to assimilate all accessible knowledge. Drawing correct conclusions may prove difficult, mainly due to lack of unanimity – some publications are strictly theoretical, hence problematic in clinical application, or hard to narrow down to one aspect of the problem raised.

The aim of our group is to analyze research from the point of view of various specialists, and to draw practical conclusions that can be applied to everyday clinical decisions, creating an interdisciplinary approach to dentistry. We also wish to carry out our own scientific research at the highest level and conduct projects with practical outcomes, focusing on patients and their needs, with minimally-invasive procedures undertaken via modern but proven tools, techniques and materials.
