dr n. med. Katarzyna Brus-Sawczuk

She graduated from the Silesian Medical Academy. She obtained the title of doctor of medical sciences in 1999 and a specialist in restorative dentistry and endodontics in 2001. Currently she is an academic teacher at the Department of Integrated Dentistry at the Medical University of Warsaw.

She is the author of over 40 publications in Polish and foreign trade magazines. Author of monographs in the field of dental pharmacotherapy „Pharmacotherapy in dentistry”, „Dental offices in practice”, „Endodontics step by step”, and monograph „Tumor patient”. She also collaborates with dental journals, including Art of Dentistry, Endodoncja.pl, Kwintesencja pl, Endodontics in practice, Your Dental Review, and Dental Hygienist. She has frequently lectured in Poland and abroad (including Ukraine, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Romania, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait and India). She completed numerous courses as part of specialization training and postgraduate education in the field of prevention and diagnosis of oncology in dental patients under the EU project PARP and Human Capital in 2012. She cooperates with several companies: Poldent, VDW Stomed WUM, CKP, OIL in Warsaw, PTS and PTE.

Since 2014, she has been the tutor of the Student Scientific Society, which has received many awards and distinctions for its scientific achievements. She specializes in endodontic treatment under a microscope as well as cosmetic dentistry.
